Excellent work Eldar. It's so funny and so creative and so forgotten... The entire gallery is amazing, but that one, just made my day. Vote.

I never thought, Eldar, that I would ever say that I missed dear Brezhnev with his steely eyes and perfect application of grecian formula to his smartly receding hairline. His forced crimpled smile hides the nerves of icy cobolt from this ultimate of cold warriors..... and he could love and cherish the perks of office, the spoils of Soviet bureacracy, in a way which made Saddam Hussein look like a pauper. But you have to give old Brez credit... he did not slam shoes like Kruschev, and did not lose his job like Gorby, and did not make a public spectacle of himself like Yeltsin. But he did what he could to maintain his personal hold on wealth which helped keep the world in a cold war peace (yes I know am overlooking Afghanistan - ok, Brezhnev was not perfect). I am sure he kept spare Roys (Rolls) in the secret basement of his summer home. My take. Ciao, Michael.

25 roubles would buy;
These days- 200 ml of vodka or one Coke and small pack of chips
1995- 10 ml of vodka or matchbox
1989- 3 bottles of vodka or Lancome lipstick
1985- 4 bottles of vodka or fancy French shirt
1979- 7 bottles of vodka or fancy Italian shoes
1975- 7 bottles of vodka or fancy French dress
1969- 15 bottles of vodka or fancy English wool suit
1962- Free rail ticket to jail in Siberia if you had too many 25 rouble bills !

I promise Franklin release shortly after long Canadian weekend, but don't complain because I am gonna get hard on that bill, LOL. I would not recommend MIG ( actual jet shown is SU-27 ) for gas savings initiatives, this baby will ruin your monthly salary in couple of hours. Rather try my personal preferable weapon on the top of the bill, biggest in the world nuclear submarine class Typhoon, it can go on zero charge for 15 years...

Awesome work E! I see your developing a knack for this type of stuff :~}!! Keep up the great work and flip is a ben franklin sometime! I don't need no stinkin Rolls either! Probably couldnt afford the gas anyway. Now a MIG maybe....???

This is a very interesting question, amigo... Breznev had 1 Rolls Roys in his 33 car collection, so may be his the only "Order Of Victory" has an association with this fine automobile. As for MIGs, hmmm, I am sure they sold them in hundreds if not thousands, to, again, buy fancy cars for his collection. So, considering the fact that he's got 113 medals and orders, I have made some simple math and came to conclusion that most likely he was awarded one medal every time when he's scored hunting trophy ?! Otherwise, what else ? If he were awarded medals for MIGs, then his back and even the butt would've been decorated with medals as Turkish carpet, ah ? Any other theories ?!

Nice turkish carpet on his chest.
Do you get one of those medals for every Rolls Royce you buy ? Or for every MIG you sell?
Good job amigo !
