This is the biggest bell of all times, 200 tonns in weight and 6 m in diameter. Unfortunately, this bell never made its way to the bell tower, because of bunch of misfortunes and endless fires in Kremlin during 18 century. It looks like it was doomed from the very beginning... Eleven tonn piece of casting broke away when they tried to cool down the bell after one of the fires and it took its final posture on the granite pedestal in 19 century... Very typical story for us, Russians, as we always build the biggest, the greatest and then don't know what to do with it :-). Last perfect example is space shuttle Buran....
