Brain as a most potent sexual organ and phallic were, no doubts, major motivating factors for the creator of this mask, as you wisely disclosed, amigo. The associations in my mind didn't go beyond trivial comparison of this mask with a cone which you might flip upside down, cut the top open and then use it for filtering raw vodka into the canister... Again, my potent organ is not as nearly advanced as yours, so I will step down !

Hello Eldar O Most Evil Incarnation.... this time you really broke open the gates of both heaven and hell.... and for that matter, the annals of history as well. Being a fan of Venetian Masks, I must tell you that I have never ever seen one quite like this one. However, having said that, I have seen sculptures from ancient, pagan worlds which have many striking similarities (you may recall some artifacts from Peru e.g.) .... which leads us to the real shattering truth that is destined to do more harm to organized religion than the Da Vinci Code! Yikes. For look at the mask you present here in all the glowing detail. Since around 1260 AD the tradition of wearing the Venetian Carnival masks was symbolic of the dark side of humanity... symbolic of illicit intentions, symbolic of ghosts and death. How fitting that this mask that you present for the Venetian Carnival season has all the classic symbolic elements of death and sexuality.... that this mask should be worn as a prelude to celebrating Christmas, the birth of Christ. Oh wicked one, your mask shows the real side of humanity indeed .... not the pure and innocent version the purporters of Christian dogma would have us believe, but the real animalistic nature of man; the ever sexual man... man with the red nose (sniffing for you know what.... I always laugh when I hear the song "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer"), but always with one's brain, man's most potent sexual organ, focused upward towards death (symbolized by cone heads, steeples, swords, etc.) . And that is why O evil one, the Satanic Star is planted so visibly upon the base of the phallic shaft of the mask (and yes of course that explains why witches and the wizards of old, like Merlin, used to wear those conical hats). Yikes again! Oy Oy Oy..... And the vision from the glowing green fertile eyes shows us that this is all one clear connection to the Resurretion .... the Re-Erection, the ever present for all times Erection of 1666. It is ALL DAT! Zy Gezundt Amigo. Michael.

Sabbi, I regret to advise that it would be virtually impossible for you to get this mask since you won't be able to visit Venetian canival in hell. Sorry to dissapoint...

Mattias, I wholeheartdly agree with you that normally one would pay megabucks for being absolved from seeing this, but at the time when I was visiting those hostile grounds I had only petty cash on me and ended up seeing this bloody mask... Yet, my nights are the only time when I can have some relief and forget about those horrific things...
