From the "I Didn't Know That" department:
It surprised me to see the term Indian Summer used outside of the U.S.
Google to the rescue.
Apparently the term has more of a global origin than Native American (Indian) Summer.
It seems the term may refer to good shipping weather to, and from, India.
Anyway, this nicely composed shot certainly tells the tale of good shipping weather, no matter where it was taken.
