this is even more haunting (and sadder, too) than that other image with the 'blood-dripping' (burnt) curtain... how could the fire make no damage to this red sofa & the red curtain (that still gets neatly tied up against the wall)?? As if someone (something?) still lingered around & used them after the fire...

When you look at that detail on the pillars and balconies, it's such a crime that this building isn't being restored.
