Above the fog

Kronbauer, Steinbach valley, Upper Austria

In late autumn, the sun is not powerful enough anymore to dissolve the fog in the valley, so it stays grey and cold the whole day. But above about 1000 metres, there is the most incredible blue sky you can imagine.
