Nezu, Tokyo, Japan

I'm clueless about the two big characters. The upper one means "sliding door", the lower one "amount or "forehead". If you google the characters, you get a lot of Chinese hits, but when you look them up in an online dictionary, you get no results. Suggestions are welcome!
But I think the upper right poster is more interesting anyway. It says: "Town assembly of Nezumiya motomachi: We see crime, we photograph crime, we report crime!"
