Float Homes

We live on Vancouver Island where there are
several float home communities. These images
are meant to show the 'streets' these homes
live on, as well as the exteriors of the
homes.
Floating homes reflect the spirit and adventure
of their owners. Float homes are located in areas
where one can access calm and protected water.
A community of float homes can be a wonderful
place to call home.

This last summer I missed out on a dream I have always had. I have always wanted to stay in a float home and this last summer, my family went on a trip to Lake Powell and stayed in a float home without me. I was pretty upset that they planned it when I couldn't go, but I guess that's life. You can't always do everything that you want.
