Punggol is an area northeast of Singapore. It used to be a place where pig farms and a busy fish port operated. My grandparents ran a pig farm here some 20 to 30 years back, and I remember playing around the farm with my cousins, treating this place as our playground. The area was closed for residential development in the 90s. My parents and I moved back into Punggol 3 years back, and that's when I embarked on my little journey to rediscover this playground again.
