In June of 2008, we flew to San Francisco with Pat and Gary Heydorn. We first went to Napa where we stayed at Silverado and golfed there as well as at Chardonnay. Next we went to the California Coast at Mendocino and followed the coast into Oregon all the way to Cannon Beach, home of Haystack Rock.Along the way north, we golfed at Bandon Dunes (Pacific Dunes Course), Sand Pines, Salishan and Pumpkin Ridge. We visited Portland and Seattle, enjoying both cities.
