Our cruise ended in Stockholm and what a wonderful place to end our journey. We left the Silver Whisper and took cabs to Old Town and stayed at the Victory Hotel, a funky, charming place. We went into the main square then to the palace for the changing of the guard, a very ceremonial event complete with marching band. Next we met Jon, Eva and twins. We went on a "duck" ride, a bus the goes on land and water. After that, we went to Jon's home for a wonderful dinner. The next day, we went to Fotografiska, a photo museum right on the harbor. they were exhibiting the works of Nick Brandt and Bryan Adams. Bryan is a well known musician/singer and an outstanding photographer.
