The first part of our trip was to Montenegro, a small, very hilly and very charming country across the Adriatic from Italy. It is near the more well-known cities of Split and Dubrovnik in Croatia. Megan, Matt and family rented a villa for 3 weeks near Kotor, a neat, old, walled city that is getting some attention due to the many cruise ships that stop there. We visited for all or part of 5 days and jammed a lot into our short stay.
