Lausanne

We took a train from Wengen to Lausanne and stayed at the lovely Royal Savoy Hotel. the first afternoon we took the metro into Old Town and visited the lovely cathedral set high on a hill. The second day we went to the Montreux area and visited Chateau Chilean before going to the Montreux Jazz Festival. Our final day we took a 3 hour cruise on Lake Geneva, complete with a nice lunch. the day was beautiful and we stopped at several small towns along the way.
