We took a short flight to Hobart, capital of the state of Tasmania. We stayed near the Salamanca Market, an open air market with over 300 vendors selling arts, crafts, food, whiskey, etc. We also visited the Bonarong Sanctuary. Our last day involved a wonderful tour that took us to the top of Mount Wellington, the blond the coast for lunch at a seaside restaurant, ending at a fabulous chocolate shop, "The Nut Patch", run by an Italian, Giovanni.
