In September of 2012, Lillian and I, along with Ed and Pam Dixon, went on our first journey to Africa. We basically followed an itinerary used by Mike and Jan Johnson. First to Cape town and a stay at The 12 Apostles hotel. Next, we flew north and went to Cheetah Plains safari camp for 2 nights. A very short 5 minute flight got us to Mala Mala for 3 nights. Our final camp was King's Camp. Of the 3, we liked Mala Mala the best. A short stay at Victoria Falls completed our trip.
