Zoo Friends Day 2017

This is a special day for card carrying Members of the St. Louis Zoo, with extended hours, deeper discounts, and numerous free programs.
This year we had perfect weather.

Camera: Pentax *ist D body with 18-55 mm lens.
All images are hand held and available light.
For the indoor shots I cranked up the ASA setting to 1600 and held it steady.

Yes, the pelicans are beautiful in the lake. Also like the lemurs and the trainer with the seal.
