On the 23rd of February we had a brief period of temperatures above freezing, so I made a short visit to the St. Louis Zoo.
A few of the trails were a bit icy, but in general, it was a good day to walk about.
Film: ASA 200 Walgreens Studio 35 for prints.
Camera: Olympus Infinity Stylus Zoom 70. This one is metallic looking plastic, and is the first one of these that came to me without a tendency to light leakage through the door seals!
It is a nice easy camera to carry about.
However, since it is all automatic in functions, its capabilities can be limited. It allows little control over such niceties as aperture vs. shutter speed, so please keep that in mind, when viewing these images. I generally prefer a more manual camera. But at least this one is reasonably sharp, under the right conditions. And fits in a pocket.
The guys in 010 and 011 have the right idea...just lie back and wait for
spring. Very nice view of the frozen falls, #004...sculptured ice.'Thanks
for sharing Ed.

Got some great shots there Ed, and your brave to brave the elements to get them. I've been doing some painting, but for most part it's been too cold here to go out for Eagle hunting.
