Here in High Ridge we are beginning to transition into the Autumn season. Color is starting to show, more so at higher elevations than down in the valleys.
Today I took a walk in the woods with a Pentax ist D and 18-55mm lens.
Location was "Pleasant Valley" nature area, formerly known as Girl Scout Camp Hi Di Ho. Make no mistake, despite the park's name, it is high up on the ridge, and not down in a valley.
