This is 20 miles upstream from Pittsburgh on the Allegheny River.
Tarentum is very old and very historic, and about 2 miles from where I grew up.
There was a re-enactment going on commemorating when troops were mustered and trained in Memorial Park prior to Gettysburg.
A couple of days later, I took some shots from the Tarentum - New Kensington Bridge, looking upstream toward Natrona.

Camera was Pentax K100 D digital SLR with the 18 - 55 mm zoom lens.
