Super Memar, Meramec Valley, and Caffenol

This camera has me scratching my head a little. It was made in the mid 1950's. Is it an Ansco, or is it an Agfa? The front of the lens retaining ring is inscribed "AGFA COLOR-APOTAR 1:2.8/45" but the face plate with the distance scale reads "ANSCO SUPER MEMAR." Anyway, it is a clean design with a nice set of specs in a medium weight rangefinder equipped camera. And I especially like the soft and easy shutter release button.
A few weeks ago I loaded it up with an out date roll of Fujicolor 200 film. I rated the film @ ASA 50, because of the age of the film, and my intention to develop it myself in my Caffenol recipe.
I wanted to show the neighborhood around Fieser Nursing Center in Old Town Fenton, Missouri.
First outing was across the Meramec River from Old Town at Minnie HaHa Park.
About a week later I finished it off within a block or two walking distance from Fieser in Fenton's Old Town.
The film was somewhat degraded from age despite being kept frozen, and after Caffenol developing (which always yields monochrome images) it was a bit difficult to then scan and tweak for showing. With some of the images I fought a lot of grain. But it did give me some interesting images unique in their look.
Images yy and zz were among the more successful exposures, and I am showing how they looked straight off the scanner bed before any tweaking.
