On Sunday July 10, 2005, I met in the morning with two of my best friends. We loaded gear into one van and headed east, across the Mississippi into southern Illinois. Destination was small towns and settlements alongside or in the vicinity of US Highway 50. We explored parts of O'Fallon, Lebanon, Summerfield, Trenton, New Baden, and Shiloh. Here is a sample of my photo work from the day. Camera was a Pentax ME Super. Primary lens was an Auto Sears f:1.4 /50mm, manufactured by Ricoh. Film was all Konica/Minolta ASA 200 print film.
