Past Peak Color with Samoca Camera

Color in foliage has changed dramatically since the last few galleries I had posted. In most neighboring locales, it is now mostly peak or past peak. Colors are richer and deeper, as more hardwoods make the change.

I wanted to catch this phase before it is gone, and went out with still another old camera, my Samoca 35 model LE-II.
Samocas were made by Sanei Sangyo, Japan.
The LE-II was circa 1957.
I found mine at a flea market in Mayville, New York, near Lake Chautauqua, back in the early 1990s.
Coupled rangefinder, with brightframe finder, focuses from 3 feet to infinity.
Uncoupled selenium powered exposure meter.
Synced for either electronic flash or bulb, pc socket on lens barrel, cold shoe on top.
Lens is SAMOCAR f:2.8 / 50mm in B, 1 -> 300 shutter.
Film was a 27 exposure roll of Konica Minolta Centuria Super ASA 200 for Prints.

I was quite satisfied with the way the camera handled in the field, and satisfied with the results. Sharp and clear in my opinion.
