Red Argus C-four Early Fall

I just got back my scanned negatives from Dwayne's today.
On September 26 I felt the need to expose some film, so I loaded a roll of Kodak 200 into one of my favorites, an Argus C-four.
The camera was restored by me, with some enhancements.
The images below were not really enhanced, some were slightly adjusted.

Minnie Ha Ha Park in Sunset Hills had just recently been reopened after a massive cleanup in the wake of months of severe Meramec River flooding. This was my first stop for the day.
In many areas there remained a strange blue-green residue from the receded flood water, visible in the closeup of the base of a big tree.
The river was actually flowing backwards this day, moving upstream, from a new surge of high water on the Mississippi, 15 miles or so downstream.

There was plenty of film left on the roll, and I was already a third of the way into town, so I hit the highway and drove in to the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis.
It was a glorious day to be out, foliage between Late Summer and Early Fall.

The red colored Argus thrived, the results were much about color.
