On the Road to Quincy 062410

Thursday June 24, on the road to Quincy, Illinois, to participate in the weekend Midsummer Arts Faire...
I made stops in some northeastern Missouri towns along the way to my day's destination.

It was very hot, under mostly clear skies.

Camera: Pentax K10D digital SLR body, using the Pentax 18 - 55 mm variable zoom, switching ASA emulations per conditions and desired effects.
My favorite shooting mode is Aperture Priority metered.
All shots are hand held, and available lighting with no use of flash.

Clarifications and adjustments of digital files were made in ACDSee.

Ed, right at the beginning of the display is a tin Prince Albert tobacco container. I remember containers of that brand name - I do not recall the shape of it. And who can forget the Betty Boop cartoon character? Nice display.

Nice photos of the lovely ladies in Hannibal...Betty Boop in particular. And
