Quincy Dogwood Festival.
I thought it would be an art fair.
But downtown it was mostly just a carnival.
It seemed so strange to have these amusements in such an urban environment.
Early Sunday morning on the streets of downtown Quincy, before the start of the day's activities, I walked about with my Pentax *ist d.
