Pentax-F 50mm 1.7 lens at Pleasant Valley

Two years ago at the second ACG Mid America Gathering Wesley gave me a very fast autofocus lens for Pentax. It was in a large lot of goodies that came his way, and the rest was going to charity.
I took a couple of portrait shots with the lens then, but have not had opportunity to give it a proper test until now.

Sunday I mounted it to the K100 D body I have been using this week and took a trail walk with my daughter at Pleasant Valley preserve.
We did a bit over a half mile on one of the trails. Weather was very hot, that was enough.

Lens seems OK?

Not daisies, those flowers were very very tiny. Orange thing is a mushroom I can't identify, maybe 2 or 3 inches across.

That was enough for a very hot day - you are right. But you still got out and shared your pictures with all of us.
