Peak Color with Pentax, Home and at Sculpture Park

They said it would be a poor year for Fall color. So, I am pleasantly surprised as I am seeing big bursts of color. Right now the golden oaks are at their best.

I continue to enjoy the Pentax K110 D body that I got so cheap online, it works so well with that manual focus SMC-A f:2.8 / 28mm Prime lens.

Yesterday was perfect. After a few shots in my backyard of the big old oak, I went exploring a little at Laumeier Sculpture Park.
The light had that special quality, when the November midday sun is still low in the sky.

Colors are beautiful and bright! So nice to see.I don't remember seeing Laumeier Park before but I do remember you taking a photo at the huge eye!! What are the structures there?

Yes, this year wasn't supposed to have so much color in foliage. These pics show otherwise, beautiful
