Natrona June 2015

Last week I was back to visit family in my Birthtown in Pennsylvania. Boy has it changed in the course of some 65 years.
Challenge for other Natrona natives: how many of these places or things do you recognize?

Camera was a Pentax *ist D digital SLR. All was hand held with available light. These were captured in the course of two separate walks, a few days apart, when it was not raining.

It's so sad to see what Natrona looks like today compared to what it looked like when I was growing up. I have many fond memories of my friends and childhood.

You made all of the blight look good and interesting. I am amazed seeing these photos and knowing what it looked like. I missed the walk along the river - seems like I lost out by not going with you.
