Photo excursion with friends in the lower Missouri River Valley. We generally followed Highway 100 upriver through the towns of Washington, New Haven, and Hermann, then crossed the River and followed Highway 94 back down to the bridge at Washington, then Labadie, and back to St.Louis area.
Hot day once again, but we dodged the rain.
Camera body was a Sears (Ricoh) KS Super. I discovered during the day that the Takumar K Mount 135mm lens I had packed had internal mechanical incompatibility problems with the body (aperture linkage was locking up the shutter), so I relied on the Auto Sear MC f:1.7/50mm lens for all my shots.
