Living Treasures July 2012

Living Treasures is a small privately owned zoo near New Castle, Pennsylvania.
Their collection of living animals is astonishing for a place their size.

I visited this past Tuesday, equipped with a Pentax K100 D digital SLR, and used the 18 to 55mm zoom lens.

#6460 is an interesting comparison of the albino and normal coloration. The pose is wonderful. Thanks for sending.

Here's hoping for the best for the Barbary Lions, programs like this give them hope. That white tiger is something, too.
