Love the bear shot. The colors of the flamingo and surrounding areas are beautiful.

Very intersting play of thirds with the white birds in the left 3rd and the pink ones in the right 2/3rds. Red over saturation seems a bit much, but perhaps that's just the way the flamingos are - there doesn't seem to be an overshift on color throughout. A nice shot.
