Ice Storm with Film Camera

I thought it was a perfect combination:
Vintage SLR body (Sears/Ricoh KS Super, 1980's, with Pentax/K bayonet mount);
Fine lens (Cosina Multi-Coated wide angle zoom focal length 19 - 35mm, F:3.5 ~ 4.5... lens is an early Christmas present from my friend Jim over in U.K.);
and a roll of Konica Minolta Centurian 200 color print film.
The stage was set with the aftermath of this terrible early winter storm, the sun poking through to show the storm's work.
Make no mistake, that is not fluffy snow in these pictures! It is a half inch of solid clear ice, topped with 2 or 3 inches of compacted white hard SLEET, and just a dusting of snow on the top layer!
I allowed a stop and a half of extra exposure on the compensation dial, this helps tremendously when much of your subject area is highly reflective snow.
