highway color with fast Argus lens

My third example of a fast Argus f/1.9 lens, this one a 50mm in C44 mount. It came with a C44R acquired last month from antique store in Hannibal.
This one has lens coatings in much better condition than my other two f/1.9 Argus lenses.
Camera and lens from late 1950s. Body serial number is 1739220237. Lens is Steinheil Munchen Germany 1820472.
Yesterday October 24 I loaded up with Walgreens ASA 200 print film and walked a portion of the highway here in High Ridge.

The lens performed well...tack sharp on the summac leaves and tiny branches on the trees. Excellent photographs...beautiful Autumn colors in your neck-of-the-woods this year. Thanks.

Ed, Color of Fall, my favorite time of year, and you've captured your share really nice in those photo's. Getting same way up here, and I've got to get out and shoot some myself, as soon as I'm able to walk freely. DonP.(SKIP)
