Sunday was Worldwide Pinhole Photography Day, and I participated.
A pinhole camera by definition has no lens, just a tiny hole to direct an image onto film or surface or sensor.
I had two cameras and used them side by side.
Here are results from my digital pinhole setup, using a Pentax *ist D body and a hole of 0.3mm diameter set into a body cap, 66mm from the sensor plane with the help of a 36mm extension.
They are not the sharpest pinhole images I have seen, perhaps the f stop of 220 was not ideal for the hole to sensor dstance. But I did try to be a little creative and experimantal.
