Classic 35 at Carondelet Park 040415

I picked this one up from Jody at the Camera Show. "Classic 35" was made in 1956 by Altissa Werk of Dresden, in USSR Occupied Germany.
Typical of Eastern Bloc cameras, it has that light raspy feel of precision cut low grade metals combined with decent optics.

Camera did not need much work, it was well cared for. I loaded with a roll of Fuji 200 and went down to Carondelet Park in south St. Louis to enjoy the beginnings of Spring.

Neat compact camera with Leica-style loading. The 'back door' is a plus.
