Ciro 35 Test

Second version of Ciro 35, from 1950.
Serial # 517216.
This example is interesting, the shutter frontplate identifies it as a Wollensak and Graflex product, but the bottom / back assembly are Old Stock from the Ciro Camera Company of Delaware, Ohio (prior version, 1949, from before the dies and design were sold off to Graflex).
Lens: Graflex Grafter f:3.5 / 50mm, looks like 3 elements in two groups.
Shutter: M-F Synchromatic made by Wollensak for Graflex, Inc.
Speeds marked T, B, 200 -> 10.
Focusing hellicle mount with front lever for 3 feet to infinity.
The camera has an excellent, long-baseline, accurate, easy to see separate window split image coupled rangefinder, and a hotshoe.
Rather than chrome plating, this camera has a lustrous lacquer enamel silver-grey finish on top and bottom sections, giving it a uniquely "serious" look.

Film used in this series was Konica Minolta Centuria asa 200 for prints.

Locations are Minnie Ha Ha Park in Sunset Hills, Missouri, and "Old Town" Fenton on opposite side of the Meramec, late morning the 27th of February.
