C3 Giant Restoration

This artifact is nearly 70 years old.
I found it and purchased it in online auction last year.
As far as I know there is only one other Giant C3 known to exist in the world.
So pretty rare? Rarer than a Gutenberg Bible?
Belief is that these were probably fashioned to use as advertising props in camera shops with ties to Argus.
I cleaned it up and it sat on a high shelf until this Spring. Wesley in Virginia offered to fashion the five missing parts with his 3D printer using photos and measurements I sent him.
It is exactly 2.5 times each linear measurement of a true working Argus C3. And it is made mostly of solid hardwood, so it is rather massive.
After Wesley mailed me the parts, I got to work this week. I painted the parts and adapted them to fit the Giant.
So here it is, in all its strange yet comforting glory.
