Bird Tree Down March 25, 2022

After many years of service the remnant of my green ash tree went down during the night.
When I looked our the kitchen window this morning it was a bit of a shock, but I knew that the day was coming.
It almost took out Crow on the way down.
I took a tape measure to it, and got a reading of between 9 and 10 feet. That is about three meters.
The tree will be sorely missed by the local birds and other wildlife.

It is 😔 sad. You're right that the local birds will miss it. How many 🐦 bird feeders were on it??

Ed, We lost an ash tree this year, too, by Emerald ash borer. We had it cut down. Betty and John
