Argust 21 with STL-1000

Argust Day this year was Argust 21, when lovers of Argus cameras wordwide shot film with the Argus cameras that they love.
I went out and visited several venues that day.

"The Pink Elephant" has stood by its liquor store in Springdale, north end of Jefferson County, Missouri, for many decades.
The small body of water is a slough near the Mississippi River in Kimmswick.
"Bevo Mill" is a popular restaurant and iconic landmark where Morganford crosses Gravois in South St. Louis. Bevo was a non-alcoholic beverage brewed by Anheiser Busch during Prohibition that helped keep the company alive through turbulent years.
Carondelet Park is a large city park near the south end of St. Louis.
These images were captured with an Argus STL-1000, chrome top and front speed dial, coupled with a GAF f:1.9 / 50mm lens, on Kodak 400 color film rated @ ASA 200 and developed in Caffenol.
I was also shooting on Argus Day with an early variant Argus C-four, same film batch. Images from that camera will be posted in another gallery, after developing.
