After May Shower with Pentax K110 D

Yesterday afternoon we had a much needed shower of rain here in High Ridge. When it quit I went into the front yard with an older Pentax digital body and lens, K110 D and SMC Pentax-F Zoom, 1:3.5-4.5, 35-70. It was still overcast.
Some new for the season flowers were blooming. Flowers were all small, blossoms an inch or so wide. These images were hand held, available light, mostly with the lens' MACRO setting, some cropped even further.

Beautiful 😍 vibrant purple 💜! Love it! You can see the raindrops on the blooms, too. Is Gnomie looking over the garden??
