8th Annual Argus Collectors Group Gathering was based in Eden, North Carolina.
For our annual Photo Shooting Contest, we made the short trip over the state line into Virginia to visit Infinity Acres Petting Ranch. Each participant was issued one roll of asa 200 film from the same lot, our Mission was to expose it with an Argus camera within the hour, then turn in the film for processing.
I shot with an Argus C-44 mounting a rare f:1.9 / 50mm lens. This particular lens has rear coating damage, which softens the image somewhat... sometimes gives the images a "dreamy" effect in my opinion.
