Spring mountain ranch was once owned by howard hughes although he never stayed there. The ranch is located inside red rock conservation area. The ranch is run by the state and has a horse&hay barn/corral, cemetery, cabin, bunkhouse, blacksmith shop, chinchilla shed and more on it's over 500 acres. You can have picnics there or hike or there is summer theater. There are many things for the public to do on this beautiful ranch. The burros were photographed out side of the ranch.
