Tennessee recently gave 2 days to an observance of the 150 years that have passed since the beginning of the Civil War. This took place in the shadow of the State Capitol buildings, on the Bicentennial Mall in Nashville. It was an excellent opportunity for persons of all ages to learn something of Tennessee's place in this war.
