Taken at dusk with my Sony RX 100. A lot of noise was removed by hand in Photoshop, then the effect was created with NIK HDR 2.

Sony RX 100 Digital. Processed a lot in Photoshop because of noise. Then filtered in NIK HDR 2 full exif
