If my PADs are beginning to be taken over by flowers, then it must be summer.
Shot several versions of these calla lilies today (got away from the extreme macros of yesterday). Since I like experimenting with B&W and selective color these calla seemed a good candidate. I shot them with a black backdrop here and also with a white one (which the wind kept blowing around). I liked both versions but this one with black seemed to have a bit more drama.
