Dear, I should've bought a Valentine when you were buying them for the boys. Oh well, here's a "home made" card.
For everyone else - done in camera except for the white script and the soft vignette. Had a candle that was wrapped in hearts and "LOVE" decorations. Focused on what you see and then moved an arrangement of red flowers in between the candle and camera so that petals were right up against the lens. Opened the aperture wide open and shot. Result - a red haze. The actual background about 6 inches behind the candle was a black backdrop. As you can see the red haze from the flowers prevented the backdrop from showing.
