Up close with a Christmas cactus - larger than life size. Made by shooting through some intervening leaves and blossoms with a bit of back lighting.
Shot in natural light. Nikkor 105mm 1:1 (lifesize) macro lens, plus 1.4x teleconverter, plus circular polarizer (Christmas cacti blossoms really show bright - blown out - reflections which can ruin an image if not controlled) - and also a Really Right Stuff focusing rail so that I could get the maximum magnification that this setup could provide by making precise adjustment with the rail (as opposed to trying to move my tripod legs back and forth a fraction of a millimeter).
