Walking up my street after shooting for several hours and came across a lone day lily with the sun in a good position. Had gotten some interesting shots before this one - http://www.pbase.com/ed_k/pad2ndsyear2 - but liked this one best. Could have saved several hours if I had seen it three hours earlier.
Especially liked this damsel fly ultra closeup - http://www.pbase.com/ed_k/image/44424420 - but it wasn't "arty" enough.
