The start of a great day - sun and color. An amazing stand of flowers around a neighbor's mailbox considering it's November 5th. John provides me photo ops with the earliest spring flowers anywhere around, through the summer with my favorite - his amazing dahlias - and now this in November. This makes up for stumbling around in the dark with some camera settings bumbled (like manual focus when I thought it was auto) and losing most of the first hour's shots (most of which deserved being lost). Even the concrete curb & walk look half decent in this low warm light.
