Your standard Rain-X image. Done with the 5700 & old tripod. Need to try it again with the new gear.
Rain-x is sold in automotive stores. It is a windshield treatment product. When applied as directed it causes water to bead up into hemispheres on the glass instead of just puddling.
For this image, I applied Rain-x to a glass top table; put drops of water on the table (you can spray it or put it on with something like an eyedropper depending on the effect you want);
put your subject under the glass (experiment with the distance - in this case the flag was about 30 inches below the glass); put your camera on a tripod above/on the glass (again, experiment with the distance - in this case about 15 inches), focus precisely on the drops with your camera PARALLEL to the plane of the glass, shoot. Voila - magic straight from the camera better than Photoshop could ever give you. Control of extraneous reflections may be an issue depending on where and when you're shooting.
